For the five DLIs of SPFMS, the third-party verification agency will prepare periodic result verification reports based on the evidences received from Finance Division (FD), Macro Economic Wing of FD, Treasury and Debt Management (TDM) Wing of FD, Budget Wing of FD,SOE Wing of FD,SOE Monitoring Cell of FD, Line Ministries,Integrated Budget and Accounting System(iBAS++) Scheme office, Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General (OCAG) according to the agreed verification protocol and approach (Table 2 of ToR). Without prejudice to the content of DLRs and their definition in the financing agreement between Bangladesh Government and World Bank, the verification procedures are described as in the ToR |
