INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT
|
| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• The Consulting Firm will be responsible for Design, Development and Maintenance of Agricultural Extension MIS Software;
• The firm must maintain the software for a stated period;
• The software must produce reports as described in the TOR. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. Legally established professional consulting firms or entity with minimum 5 years of working experiences in ICT business as a registered Company/ Entity with Register of joint stock & companies(RJSC) in Bangladesh ;
2. The firm must submit current membership certificate of BASIS and BCS ;
3. The intending Software Firm must have experience in successfully completing 2 (two) MIS Software development and maintenance since 2015 in donor/WB /GOB/autonomous/semi-autonomous/Multinational /International Organizations and total value of contracts must not be less than BDT 250 lakhs ;
4. Companies having experience of working with software solution development related to public service delivery and international experience in relevant area will have an added advantage;
5. The Firm must submit completion certificates mentioning value of each contract with name and details of client(s);
6. Firms having certificate of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level-3 or higher will be given preference .
7. Proven experience to providee on job training to users of software;
8. The Firm must submit:
9. Technical and Managerial capability –list of specialists/Experts with name, qualification and experience;
10. Staffing, Office ,Resources, Training facilities and Logistics;
11. Financial capacity- audited financial report for last 3 years mentioning net worth;
12. Current trade license, Tax & VAT Registration and Certificate of incorporation ;
13. List of successfully completing 5(five) software development assignments along with cliens names, contract value and duration within the last 5 (five) years since 2015 ;
14. Details of one running enterprise software solution in Bangladesh;
15. Experience in at least one ERP Development within 5 years having value minimum BDT 10 million;
16. Joint ventured firms will be evaluated individually and both lead firm and associated firm(s) must qualify to be short-listed;
17. EOI must be signed by authorized signatory and have page numbers and Table of Contents.
