Preparation of Mechanical plan, design, development, management, maintenance of Pump, Generator, fire detection & protection, Surge protection device, Heating & Cooling System, Conference & PA system, Access control system, networking system etc. including safety system of Amphitheatre, Mural, High rise Watch Tower, Museum, Swimming pool, recreational and beautification infrastructure in lake development works. |

Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
Experience: Should have minimum 7 (Seven) years of overall work experience and 5 (Five) years of practical experience in different organization relating to similar assignment.
Should have professional affiliation (mention Reg. no.) with national/International body.
Should have a thorough understanding of engineering concepts, principles, codes and theory.
Should have strong base on Mechanical plan, design, development, management, maintenance of Pump, Generator, fire detection & protection, Surge protection device, Heating & Cooling System, Conference & PA system, Access control system, networking system etc. including safety system of Amphitheatre, Mural, High rise Watch Tower, Museum, Swimming pool, recreational and beautification infrastructure in lake development works.
Should have strong Computer proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft office, etc.
Service requirement, Selection Criteria and others as stated in ToR.
