| Brief Description of Assignment |

Preparation of structural design high-rise Building, Tower and other related structures as stated in Scope of the Services. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
Experience: Should have minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of overall work experience and 07 (Seven) years of practical experience in different organization relating to similar assignment.
Should have knowledge on using standard codes of practice (AASHTO, ACI & IRC etc.) for analysis and structural design of high-rise Building, Tower and other related structures as stated in Scope of the Services.
Computer proficiency in structural analysis and Design with the application of appropriate software like STAAD-Pro, ETABS, SAFE, Auto CAD etc.
Should have sound knowledge on 3D visualization, CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building, Tower and other infrastructures.
Should have professional affiliation (mention Reg. no.) with national/International body (IEB & RAJUK Enlistment).
Service requirement ,Selection Criteria and others as stated in ToR.

The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any/all Expression of Interest (EOI) or annual the procurement.
