| Brief Description of Assignment |

- The Livelihood Specialist should be Masters in Development Studies, Social Science/Study, Business Administration, Economics, Social marketing and preferably professionally trained and evidently proven in promoting sustainable livelihoods with alternative Income Generation Activities and especially in Vocational Skill. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
- at least 15-year experience in wide range of job sector analysis, understanding of alternative IGA in diverse sectors in rural context, and microfinance based micro-enterprise development along with other livelihoods promotion for the rural poor.
- Age Limit-Maximum 55 years.
- Other job responsibility as stated in ToR. |
