Shasthyo Suroksha Karmasuchi (SSK) is a social health protection scheme designed by Health Economics Unit (HEU) with a view to improve access of the poor population for hospital services, to reduce out of pocket (OOP) expenditure and to improve the efficiency of hospital care. At present, the population living below poverty line (BPL) of Kalihati, Ghatail and Madhupur upazila of Tangail district have been receiving free healthcare services (Inpatient services-IPD) through this scheme. The authority is planning to provide limited Outpatient services (OPD) to SSK cardholders Hence, it is necessary to know the costing of OPD Benefit Package for SSK. Therefore, HEU has decided to conduct a study on Costing of OPD Benefit Package for SSK considering ESP. The results of this study will help to design the OPD Benefit Package for SSK to provide SSK services. |

To be selected, the organization must have the following:
• Familiarity with the health, nutrition and population sector program
• Extensive expertise on economic evaluation
• Extensive expertise on healthcare related exercises
• Proven ability to manage and conduct large data set
• Expertise in use of STATA/SPSS statistical software for data analysis
• Proven expertise in quality report writing & policy recommendations in English
