Shasthyo Suroksha Karmasuchi (SSK) is a social health protection scheme managed by Health Economics Unit (HEU) under direct supervision of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The population living below poverty line (BPL) of Kalihati, Ghatail and Madhupur upazila of Tangail district have been receiving free inpatient healthcare services through this scheme since 2016. One of the major objective of the scheme is to reduce out of pocket expenditure among BPL population in those three upazila. Therefore, HEU has decided to conduct a study on assessment of Out of Pocket (OOP) expenditure in SSK facilities. The results of this study will help to re-design the Benefit Package for reducing OOP expenditure among SSK cardholders. |

To be selected, the organization must have the following:
• Familiarity with the health, nutrition and population sector program
• Extensive expertise on economic evaluation
• Extensive expertise on healthcare related exercises
• Proven ability to manage and conduct large data set
• Expertise in use of STATA/SPSS statistical software for data analysis
• Proven expertise in quality report writing & policy recommendations in English
