| Brief Description of Assignment |

• To prepare an Integrated Development Plan for Development of Tourism Industry in Chattogram Hill Tracts Area.
• To transform Chattogram Hill Tracts Area as a word-class tourist destination without disturbance ecosystem of Hill Area.
• To engage local people in tourism sector for improvement their life style.
• To increase tourist flow in Chattogram Hill Tracts Area.
• A Tourism Plan will be prepared for Chattogram Hill Tracts Area considering all issues.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• The applicant consulting firm must have at least 5(five) years over-all experiences in consultancy services in planning and designing of tourism related hospitality facilities Hotel, Motel, Boatel & Resort, Cottage, Convocation Hall in any area of Bangladesh including both through Study of sides, architectural & structural design of the projects successfully in any govt./semi-govt./autonomous organization/reputed private (Local & Foreign) bodies.
• Should have sufficient numbers of well experienced Tourism related Hospitality facilities expert, environmental expert, Geotchnical expert, Transport expert, Ecologist, Trafic circulation engineer, designer, architects, structural designers, water supply & sanitary, fire fighting system, HVAC, Swimming Pool, Health club, CCTV, Public Address & Sound System, ICT, Earthquake prevention, landscaping & other experiences etc. design engineers, electrical & mechanical engineers, economists & financial experts, surveyor team etc. in their pay-roll.
• Should have Experiences in conducting Feasibility Study & Report submission.
• Should have up-to-date Trade License, Online VAT Registration, income tax clearance certificate of 2019, Bank solvency certificate from schedule bank of Bangladesh.
• Intended consultant firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services submitting their brochures, description of similar assignments, experiences in similar operating conditions, qualifications and experiences among staff etc.
