Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Father of the nation, his name itself speaks of a story of vigour and rebellion against the terror and injustice of the liberation war and the story of the birth of a new independent Bangladesh free from oppression. Not only deeds are to be embark in history but his lifestyle itself has a lot to learn form. His political career and contribution for the birth of independent Bangladesh is to be known not only by the general people but also for the people who has their interests in politics and wish to serve the country through their political careers. For the very reason, his 100th birthday is to be celebrated by sharing his ideologies and philosophy through digital media. This will help to reach out general public in a simple and user-friendly manner. The services required for the tasks are outlined below:
Audio Book and App:
• We are very fortunate that the Nation’s father has written some priceless books in his short life. These books are the keys to know about the birth of Bangladeshi politics and its independence.
• Specific sections of the books, the “Unfinished Auto biography” of the nation’s father and the “Karagarer Rochnamocha” will be recited by professionals and will be recorded along with the detailed background of the sections.
• Readers will be able to choose the sections they want to know about through a portal and application.
Online News Features:
• National and international readers will be reached through an online news portal.
• Writers will submit all sorts of works related to Bangabandhu, his political history, development philosophy and his daily encounter for the development of the people.
• Selected works will be published regularly in this online portal to reach national and international readers.
• Specific topics will be selected to submit literary works for each month.
• All the works submitted through this portal would be published as a book later.
• A coordinator along with a sub coordinator will maintain communication with all the media house and writers to maintain timely submission and publication of the literary works.
Bangabandhu Blog:
• A blog will be introduced to publish literary works related to Bangabandhu’s political history, Bangabandhu as a person and the history of liberation. Writers who have never had opportunities to publish such writings, will have this blog to publish such writings.
• Writers can send any sort of literary works, but all must be related to Bangabandhu. They can send literary works in both language, Bengali and English.
• First, one developer will develop the blog. Writers will create their account in the blog and will submit their works. In addition, one moderator will proofread all the works and will publish them. Finally, one web master will ensure the backend security of the blog, ensure that there is no plagiarism and will look over other technical aspects.
The scope of activities for the proposed engagement is divided into two lines of action. They are as follows:
1: Digital Content Development for Social Media Promotion.
2: Promotion on Social Media Platform (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google, Instagram) |

The consulting firm must have minimum One (01) year of experience about Multimedia Content Development & Online Promotion;
2. The firm must have sufficient fulltime professionals such as Team Leader, Project Manager, Art Director/Creative Manager, Social Media Strategist/Analyst, Documentation Specialist, Content Developers, Animator, Graphic Designer, Motion Graphics and Video Editor having experiences in developing high quality digital media content.
3. Technical resources and facilities available with regarding digital media contents management service;
4. The consulting firm must have Video Production experience.
5. The firm should provide proof of having an In-House Digital Studio to engender video content & CGI/ Animation.
6. Minimum 01 (One) year of Experience in Social Media Platforms;
7. The firm must have sufficient amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) supported by appropriate documents;
8. The firm must have update-audit-report of previous One (01) years & yearly turnover report/documents;
9. The firm should have valid up to date Trade license, Tax payment certificate, TIN and VAT registration no.
10. All the relevant experience certificate/documents shall provide with the EOI.
11. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008; However; all the firms of JVCA must be Bangladeshi.
12. After EOI evaluation only short- listed firm will get RFP |
