The main objectives of this project covers the most popular Social Media Platforms & range of promotional activities in the field of Digital Content Development, alongside with Social Media Boosting, Promotional Content, Video/Animation Development about the father of Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The project would be covering different range of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Google) in order to reach the expected outcomes timely and more impact fully. The Consulting firm will be responsible for deploying a skillful team of professionals and develop digital content, promotional strategy and spread to mass people on social media.
The Implementation Partner is expected to assess number of resources required to undertake the scope of accommodation under this engagement. Moreover, the implementation partner shall provide a team of professional and experts for the content development.
Within Mujib Year, the implementation partner shall take responsibility over the qualified Video/Animated Content development, creation of graphics and animation, as well as, establishing a functional and inclusive CGI. Alongside with contents the consulting firm shall prepare social media page in the name of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman & share his special moments as picture, video, CGI, animation etc from that page. There should be a special section of “Bangabandhu on this Day” where his memories will share chronographically.
The real & computerize processed image shall prepare several Digital Card which will provide his most rare photos.
The proposed project requires comprehensive approach in content development, making Video/CG/Animated Image.
The scope of activities for the proposed engagement is divided into two lines of action. They are as follows:
1: Digital Content Development for Social Media Promotion.
2: Promotion on Social Media Platform (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google, Instagram) |

The firms must prove that they have solid technical background and operational vigor to undertake and move this work forward without any obstructions. The firms must additionally have adequate technical competency, human resources, and indispensable equipment. As such, following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria:
1. The consulting firm must have minimum Three (03) years of overall experience about Multimedia Content Development & Online Promotion .
2. The firm must have sufficient fulltime professionals such as Team Leader, Project Manager, Art Director/Creative Manager, Social Media Strategist/Analyst, Documentation Specialist, Content Developers, Animator, Graphic Designer, Motion Graphics and Video Editor having experiences in developing high quality digital media content.
3. Technical resources and facilities available with regarding digital media contents management service;
4. The firm should provide proof of having an In-House Digital Studio to engender video content & CGI/ Animation.
5. The firm must have sufficient amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) supported by appropriate documents;
6. The firm must have update-audit-report of previous Two (02) years & yearly turnover report/documents;
7. The firm should have valid up to date Trade license, Tax payment certificate, TIN and VAT registration no.no
8. All the relevant experience certificate/documents shall provide with the EOI.
9. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008; However; all the firms of JVCA must be Bangladeshi.
10. After EOI evaluation only short- Listed firm will get RFP |
