To create awareness and promotional campaigns through widespread publicity on new fisheries and livestock technologies, total 55 (for Mofl-05, for DoF-20 and for DLS-30) thematic and straightforward e-content and video content will be made. Need assessment workshops comprising all stakeholders will select the area of e-content and video content. |

Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required :
1) Legal documents: Legal documents like VAT Registration documents, Income tax certificate, Trade license must be submitted;
2) General Experiences: At least 05 years experiences for the preparation of video content, e-content, TVCs, RDCs, Documentaries, Music Videos and other forms of audio-visuals;
3) Specific experiences: Working experiences on preparation of (at least 5) media campaign under Government organization with completion certificate ;
4) Organizational strength: Availability of appropriate skills among staff indicating qualification, physical facilities (Office Equipment, A.V Materials and transport);
5) Key Personnel CV of central key personnel with sign, who will be involved in the assignment;
6) Financial Strength: Financial Strength showing Bank statement or audit reports
7) Evidence of competency and capability: Brochures, Description of Similar Experiences.
