| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The main objective of this assignment is to provide smooth operation of e-Nothi platform. One existing Service provide is responsible to develop, maintenance and change management of this platform. The other most integral part is the hosting infrastructure configuration, administration, management and day to day infrastructure support to meet the continuous expansion of this service. As long as expansion requirements will be coming new hosting environment configuration, new office configuration and more bandwidth will be required. | Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Firm must prove that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake the type of assignments mentioned in the ToR and take this work forward without any hindrances. Firm must also have adequate technical ability, resources and processes. As such, following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria:
1. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license/Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration, VAT, TIN certificate.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh
3. Approved BTRC licensed Nationwide Internet Service Provider.
4. Agreement with multiple IIG.
5. Agreement of BDIX and BTCL NIX bandwidth.
6. Should have Data Center facility for service level and support redundancy.
7. Firm needs to submit last 02 (two) years financial audit report.
8. Minimum average annual Turnover BDT 2.5 core for last 2 years.
9. Must have minimum amount of liquid asset in form of credit line or working capital shall be BDT 80 lac.
10. Must have experience of:
a. Minimum 5 years’ solid practical experience in developing, deploying and maintaining web-based e Government solution and mobile app.
b. Minimum 3 (three) successful e-government project completion in following Software type related to public service delivery, office management, Data Management or Workflow Management in last five years.
11. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for providing such services can apply jointly but they must have legal agreement among them where one company needs to be master. The joint venture company jointly needs to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR. Joint-venture agreement needs to have clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and Request for Proposal document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 12(twelve) months.
