| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The main objective of this assignment is to restructuring the existing Imam Portal for better performance and scalability, to design and develop a collaborative system for communication development among Islamic Communities, to generate skills development scopes for the Imams, Muezzins and Madrasha Students and to permit Imams, Muezzins, Madrasha Students and concerned stakeholders with interested organizations for getting access into same platform and receive service accordingly as per their authorization and authentication using single sign on facility through Web, Mobile Apps and call center. "The Firm must prove that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake the type of assignments mentioned in the ToR and take this work forward without any hindrances. Firm must also have adequate technical ability, resources and processes. As such, following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria:
1. Must have 3 years working experience with the Government of Bangladesh or any National/International agencies.
2. Must submit Valid Trade License, TIN, VAT and last 3 years financial audit report.
3. Must have minimum 1 experience in working with any national web-based application or MIS in last 5 years.
4. Annual average turnover is BDT 50 lac in the last 3 years.
5. Working capital BDT 35 lac in latest audited report.
6. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for developing such Product can bid jointly but they must have legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. Lead company needs to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR. Joint-venture agreement needs to have clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 36 (Thirty-Six) months.
