The firms must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
1. Must be a local IT/ITES firm with minimum 5 years of practical experience of developing large
scale software to automate organizational activities.
2. Must have minimum 30 (Thirty) software development related ICT personnel.
3. Must have experience in design, development and implementation of 3 (three) Software Projects
(Minimum 1 Library Management related software for public or private organization) with 1(one) e-
Government solution amounting to minimum BDT 10(Ten) lakh taka, where minimum total project
value 50 (fifty) lakh taka in maximum 3 (three) contracts in last 5 (five) years (Completion
certificate must be attached for reference).
4. Must have liquid assets as working capital or credit line BDT 50 (Fifty) Lakh.
5. Yearly turnover amounting at least BDT 50 (Fifty) lakh on average. Must submit updated audit
report of previous 3(Three) years.
6. Must have valid Up to Date trade license, Income Tax Payment certificates, VAT Registration
certificates, Certificate of Incorporation (if any).
N.B.: Other documents except above mentioned will not be evaluated. Interested firms must submit
EoI with proper index with page number mentioning the above criteria. |
