| Brief Description of Assignment |

With the vision of efficient management of advanced technology based jute and jute seed production & extension an integrated database management and service delivery software will be developed. Along with jute cultivation technology management and extension the software will have Jute & Jute seed production farmer’s nationwide database through which technology and services to the farmer’s will be managed, delivered and monitored. |

Intending firms have to submit the following documents along with EOI
1. Firm/company must have registration from government, properly constituted managing body, permanent office at Dhaka and management set-up for the service wanted.
2. The consulting firm/company shall have at least 05 (five) years overall proven experience in software development/ similar field in public/semi government/Autonomous organizations with at least Tk. 50 lakh in single contracts completion within last 5 (five) years (completion certificate should be added).
3.Experience in web based software development with government organization.
4. Must have experience in design, development and implementation of minimum 04 (four) web-based application software among which at least 02 (two) are in digitization/automation of government services/functions.
The firm/company must submit the following documents:
1) Company registration certificate; 2) updated income tax return certificate & VAT certificate; 3) Bank solvency certificate; 4) Audit report of last fiscal year; 5) Experience certificates; 6) BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services) membership certificate and 7) Number of team members & their experiences. |
