| Brief Description of Assignment |

Assist the Project Management Unit (PMU) in designing and implementing the total M&E and knowledge management systems Prepare/update the M&E guidelines/manuals for the project and assist the PMU in training and engaging other staffs in M&E and Knowledge Management for the project and follow up their performance.
Prepare/ update the project M&E framework (if any), specify the M&E tools for monitoring and evaluation with the help of M&E unit of the project, get IFAD clearance on reporting formats both physical and financial and ensure timely reporting obligation to GOB and IFAD.

At least master degree in development studied/statistics/Economics or other related degrees and at least 10 yrs experiences M&E with KM skills for govt projects preferably funded by IFAD. |
