To assess the prevalence of cardio metabolic risk markers, including diabetes (DM) and hypertension (HTN) among the young adult population (15-35 years) in nationally representative urban and rural areas of Bangladesh. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The applicant shall have to submit the EOI with the following documents; (1) Category of the firm; Research/ Survey organization/ Consulting firm; (2) Bried description of the firm with proof of working in the relvant areas and of conducting research /Survey; (3) Valid & Update Trade license / Registration; (4)Updated income Tax certificate/ Certificate of VAT; (5) 8 years’ experience in the relevant Survey/ Rsearch; (6) List of major clients working with in last 8 years contract reference; (7) Bank solvency certificate; (8) Nome of the central kdy personnel with C.V who wil be involved with the assignment; (9) Relevant document in favor of organization strength of the firm.
