| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Consulting Firm will Prepare Engineering Design & Drawing for the implementation of construction of Polytechnic Institutes in 23 Districts but not necessarily be limited to the following activities-
I. Conduct Digital Site Survey, detail topographic survey, site analysis and prepare Master Plan including Landscaping.
II. Prepare individual Architectural and Structural design and drawing for construction of Polytechnic Institute in 23 Districts as per requirement.
III. Prepare Detailed design and drawing of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Sewerage System and Fire-fighting.
IV. Construction works monitoring and reporting during construction period of the project.
V. Prepare Detailed Estimate and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for all components of the project.

The consultancy firm should have:
a) At least 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in Architectural and engineering consultancy service.
b) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, BIN and VAT registration, Company’s Incorporation Certificate
c) Specific experience in similar Assignment.
d) Availability of appropriate professional qualification and experiences among staffs, financial, managerial and organizational capabilities to perform the services.
e) Description of similar assignments with experience.
