INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Overall scope of AMMS 2.0 Application is divided into a number of interrelated services, modules, and sub-modules. The AMMS 2.0 IT application is intended to provide the following business services.
A. Audit and related services: These are services relating to core audit processes. The modules include, • Audit Strategy and Scheduling • Audit Preparation • Field Audit and Execution • Audit Reporting and Quality Control • Follow-up and Audit Para Settlement • Quality Assurance Cell • PAC Module.
B. Master data services: These are services that assist management of master data relating to the audit services. The modules include, • Organization Master • Personnel Master • Auditee Master • Auditee Employee Master.
C. Common services: These are services commonly used by all the other services. The modules include, • Knowledge Management Module • Communication Management • Document Management • Grievance Management • Legacy Data Management • MIS and Dashboard • Application Administration. Details are provided in Terms of Reference (ToR). |

The service provider must prove that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake and take this work forward without any hindrance as such following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria:
a) Minimum 5 years experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh
b) Must have 5 years practical experience of developing web-based enterprise solution with similar technology having features related to project planning, approval, or decision-making system as major or partner solution provider.
c) Must have 3 years practical experience of developing Software Solution for Government of Bangladesh or any of its agencies.
d) Vendor needs to have at least one existing running software solution in Bangladesh in either Government Sector to project planning, approval or decision-making system as major or partner solution provider.
e) Needs to have Test Environment ready with equipped devices at vendor’s premise.
f) Must have minimum amount of liquid assets in favor of credit line of working capital shall be BDT 80 lac in last two years & minimum turnover of BDT 3 crore in last 2 years.
g) Responsiveness against the FRS requirements.
h) Total duration of the contract is 30 months.
A short of list of consulting firms will be prepared upon evaluation of EOIs of the eligible applicants and RFP documents will be issued in their favor. |
