| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting services (“the Services”) include :
Objectives:
The main objectives of the services of Jr. Architectural Consultant is to provide architectural design details, drawings of various infrastructures such as buildings, roads, culverts, bridges, boundary wall, gates, land-scaping etc. for development of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpanagar (BSMSN). To provide monthly progress report.
Scope:
The scopes of the work of the Jr. Architectural Consultant include, but not limited to, the following: Prepare and review of all architectural drawings and 3d views along with working drawing, relevant information documents regarding design, specification, materials and equipment. Draw up schedules and other elements associated with construction (interior or exterior) projects. Manage and supervise the construction site according to the drawing documents. Coordinate of design related problem solving and any other task assigned by the PD.
Place of work: Head office located at Dhaka with necessary site visit in BSMSN.

Educational Qualification
The candidate must have a minimum degree in B. Sc. in Architect from reputed institution.
Experience
The applicant should have minimum 5 years experience with exposure of implementation of development project. Good communication and coordination skills are preferred. |

The Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar (BSMSN) Development Project now invites eligible “Consultants” to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: Educational qualification, experience (general & specific) and knowledge in relevant activity.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the ‘Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants’ method set out in the Procurement Regulations. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours [i.e. 0900
