INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The tasks of the consultant have given below:
a) Support PICs with identification of target/vulnerable group;
b) Support PICs with identification of public workfare sub-project;
c) Support PICs with identification of community services including establishment of public information and outreach mechanisms;
d) Establishment of Implementation Committees and Community Support Groups;
e) Enrollment and registration of beneficiaries in each project;
f) Prepare Attendance, Master Roll of beneficiaries in each project;
g) Verify and Approved the Master Roll by respective officer’s and send to payment service provider;
h) Conduct training activities for PIC members and beneficiaries;
i) Compliance monitoring of works and services;
j) Facilitate public workfare and community services sub-projects implementation by ensuring beneficiary attendance and documentation;
k) Ensure compliance with environmental safeguards including screening and include environmental and forestry specialist in the implementation team to promote good social inclusion practice during implementation;
l) Ensure compliance with environmental safeguards including screening and include social development experts in the implementation team.
m) Ensure mainstreaming of gender and other extremely vulnerable groups including women, children, people with disabilities and elderly in project activities.
n) Submission of quarterly progress reports. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. Experience in implementing/Evaluating/Monitoring/Managing socio-economic development program for the targeted poor beneficiaries in our country,
2. Working Experience in developing partner’s funded similar projects and
3. Required Documents: The firm/company must submit the following documents:
a) Company Registration, Incorporation, Income Tax/TIN and VAT Registration Certificate;
b) Audited Financial statement (last 03 Years);
c) Company Registration Brochure. |

1. The interested firms should submit their EOIs with the above required documents including firm’s brochures, experience of working in similar conditions, summaries of firm’s capability, availability of appropriate skills among key staff with short biographies (one page), and availability of resources to execute the assignment only. At this stage of EOI, submission of detailed CVs of the proposed professional experts is not encouraged.
2. Expression of Interest must be delivered on or before January closing time mentioned above by hand delivered or by post to the address below.
3. Please mark clearly on the envelope Expression of Interest for Selection for an Implementation Support Firm for EGPP+ Program; Contract Package No: SF-8A’ in two sets (1 original + 1 copy).
