| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The tasks of the consultant have given below:
a) Assess whether beneficiary and sub-project selection are being followed as per program guidelines;
b) Assess whether social and environmental safeguard screening is conducted and records are maintained as per program guidelines;
c) Monitor whether beneficiaries are present at work sites and attendance is recorded properly;
d) Assess the outreach activities and beneficiary awareness about program implementation cycle and other relevant information;
e) Evaluate the transparency and efficiency of beneficiary payment process;
f) Monitor the share of beneficiaries satisfied with service delivery;
g) Review compliance with the social Management Frameworks (SMF) and the small ethnic Communities Planning Framework (SECPF) and
h) Include and monitor any other dimension of project implementation that DDM identifies as important |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Experience with undertaking large scale household surveys on socioeconomic issues, including experience of same areas and with development program for the targeted poor beneficiaries/low-income population in our country,
2. Working Experience with Government and/or donor agencies similar projects in execution of such work and
3. A capacity statement on professional staffs and logistics facilities.
4. Required Documents: The firm/company must submit the
following documents:
a) Company Registration/Trade License, Incorporation, Income Tax/TIN and VAT Registration Certificate,
b) Audited Financial statement (last 03 Years);
c) Company Registration Brochure. |

1. The interested firm should submit their EoIs with the above required documents including firm's brochures, experience of similar experience of working in similar conditions, summaries of firm's capability, availability of appropriate skills among key staff with short biographies (One Page) and availability of resources to execute the assignment only. At this stage of EOI, submission of detailed CVs for proposed professional expert is not encouraged.
