INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a) Call Centre service provider will basically take request/complain/orders from the field offices and any citizen and immediately inform the project authority to take necessary actions.
b) Call Centre staffs will receive calls from the field level and will inform the project authority as directed;
c) Call Centre staffs will receive calls from any citizen and inform them census count status of his household
d) To perform duties smoothly, call Centre staff will take training for at least three days on overall duties, activities of the census and other responsibilities;
e) To prepare and conduct the call Centre service plan, pre-testing the call Centre service.
f) Work as Call Centre in a suitable location as agreed by the project.
g) Establish at least 50 call/receiving points/call numbers and work 24 hours per day on shift basis during the main census.
h) The project director will have the authority form the Terms of Reference (ToR) committee, the committee will further specify the duties of the call Centre service provider.
i) Call Centre service will provide a report describing the detail of their duties. They will also provide- Inception report (including the work plan); Call service pre-test report; Daily report during the main service; and The final Report etc. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

a) General: i) As specified by government rules and regulations (registration, tax clearance and any other obligations) ii) The call center must obey all of the national and international telecommunication acts/rules/regulations etc. iii) The detail qualification will be set by the Terms of Reference (ToR) Committee.
b) Experience: i) At least 05 (five) years working experience in relevant field or as specified by the ToR committee. |

Remuneration: A contract will be signed for 02 (Two) months (intermittently) with the selected firm as per PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Remuneration will be paid in local currency (BDT). Payments will be made at the end of every month from the commencement with the condition of satisfactory performance report.
Duration of the Contract: Tenure of employment will be initially for 02 (Two) months (intermittently) or till the end of June, 2024, which one ends earlier. The duration may be extended subject to the approval of the competent authority. |
