The request service include but not limited to:
? Conduct feasibility studies to design water supply model for different design year and assess the viability of investments in terms of technical, financial and social aspect.
? Preparation of detailed engineering designs, drawings, specification, schedule of rates and contract packaging for system expansion for the existing ones.
? Preparation of Final Design Report and Bid doccument. |

? Name of the firm / lead firm and associated firms, forming the joint ventures or associations with address and particulars.
? Background of the firm(s)
? Registration of the firm
? General experience of the firm(s) over the last 10 years (Minimum experience must be 5 years)
? Specific experience of the firm(s) related to the assignment.
? Audited financial reports of the firm(s) for the last three years.
? Nature size, employer, location and type of input for contracts in hand and the works carried out during the last 10 years stating the cost of the projects and fees received.
? Summery of permanent professional employers with key qualifications.
? Acceptable Evidence of formation of joint venture / Association if EOI is submitted jointly. |

The EOI with supporting documents must be delivered in 5 (five) sets, 01 (one) marked as ‘Original’ and 04 (four) marked as copies by 05.00 pm on 13/06/2021 in sealed Envelopes, marked with “EOI for Feasibility Study and Detail Design for Piped Water Supply in 3 Upazilla Sadar, Bandarban” and delivered to below address. Late submission will be rejected.
The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject at any stage any or all EOIs’ without assigning any reason.
