| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC), on behalf of ICT Division, is organising the WCIT 2021 as executing agency. The event is expected to be organized in mixed modes. Digital technology-enabled virtual platform will be used alongside physical mode. The event will showcase ICT products & services, hosts a number of conferences, seminar/workshops involving local and global ICT Specialists, thought leaders, industry leaders and Government leaders. Extensive Media Coverage, PR activities and other promotional activities will be carried out to make the event visible on a global plane and to promote participation. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. The firm must have 10 years of overall experience in providing media buying and PR support.
2. A 360 degree campaign is necessary for the event. Participating firms must have sufficient technical resources and facilities available to realize the campaign.
3. The Firm having experience of executing international PR and media buying will get preference. Such work experience for Government organization is highly desirable..
4. The Firm is required to have experience of carrying out PR activities for 5 (five) national/International events within the last 4 (four) years. Experience of ICT related events will be treated as an advantage.
5 The firm must have fulltime human resources (HR) dedicated for PR and media management, planning, buying, monitoring and execution with experience of PR activities in national/international events. In particular HR in positions such as PR/Media Director, PR/Media Manager, Project Manager, Monitoring Executives and in other relevant positions are considered very important. Senior level people (Directors and managers) should have 5+ years of experience.
6. The Firm must have yearly turnover of at least 7 (seven) Crore. Appropriate documents in support of the turnover are required.
7. Liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Firm shall be minimum Tk. 5 Crore.
8. The firm needs to submit updated audit reports of previous 3 years.
9. The firm must submit up-to date trade license, income tax certificate, VAT registration, Bank Solvency Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association.
10.JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR -2008. All the firms of JVCA must be Bangladeshi.

1. Experience and reputation of the firm in Event management (physical & virtual) with emphasis on PR and media related activities.
2. CV of Key professionals.
3. Turnover of consulting firm.
4. Other documents of the firm as requested in the EOI.
5. The technical capacity to execute the technical works involved in the events.
