| Brief Description of Assignment |

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organizing the World Congress on Information Technology 2021 as executing agency on behalf of ICT Division. The event may be organized in mixed modes where digital technology-enabled virtual platform will be used alongside physical modes. The event will showcase ICT products & services, host a number of conferences, seminar/workshops. Extensive Media Coverage, PR activities and other promotional activities will be carried out for making this event a grand success. As part of those, development of contents including audio-visual matters is necessary. Bangladeshi advertising and/or media related firms engaged in creation, production and management of creative contents including audio-visuals are requested to participate. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. The firm must have 10 years of overall experience in creation, production and management of creative contents and related goods.
2. The firm is required to have experience of carrying out content related creative activities including audio-visual matters in 4 (four) national/international events. Preference will be given to firms having experiences of i) providing services of similar nature for programs involving VVIPs like Honorable President or Prime Minister and ii) ICT related big events.
3. The firm must have technical resources and facilities available to materialize the development and management of creative contents and 360 degree campaign.
4. The firm must have full-time human resources in positions such as Media Manager, Creative Director, Content Developer and relevant Managers, Executives and Associates having experiences in design, production and management of creative contents.
5. Firm with global affiliation and domestic or global awards in media related works shall get preference.
6. The firm needs to show yearly turnover of at least 7 (seven) Crore taka supported by appropriate documents.
7. The Firm is required to have liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of minimum 5 (five) Crore taka.
8. The firm needs to submit updated audit reports of previous 3 years.
9. The firm should have valid up-to date- trade licenses income tax certificate and VAT registration, Bank Solvency Certificate, Incorporation Certificate
10. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR -2008. However all the firms of JVCA must be Bangladeshi.

3. Turnover of the firm.
