| Brief Description of Assignment |

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organizing the World Congress on Information Technology 2021 as executing agency on behalf of ICT Division. The event may be organized in mixed modes where digital technology-enabled virtual platform will be used alongside physical modes. The event will showcase ICT products & services, host a number of conferences, seminar/workshops. Extensive Media Coverage, PR activities and other promotional activities will be carried out for making this event a grand success. As part of those, digital media buying, OVC production and special supplement publications are necessary. Bangladeshi advertising/Digital promotion/media related firms are requested to participate. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. The firm must have 10 years of overall experience in Digital promotion in media and related activities.
2. The Firm must have a minimum experience of carrying out above mentioned activities for 4 (four) national/international events within last five years in which 2 (two) should be ICT related Program/Events. Firms providing services of similar nature involving VVIPs like Honorable Prime Minister/President of Bangladesh shall get preference.
3. The firm must have technical resources, expertise and facilities available to carry out the required media related activities such as media buying, production and publication of promotional matters in 360 degree campaign.
4. The firm must have fulltime Creative Director, Digital strategy planner, Art Director, Media Manager, Copywriter, Visualizer and other relevant Managers, Executives and associates having experiences in organizing National/International Event.
5. Firm with global affiliation and domestic or global awards in media related works shall get preference.
6. The firm needs to show yearly turnover at least 10 (ten) Crore supported by appropriate documents.
7. The Firm is required to have liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of minimum 5 (five) Crore taka.
8. The firm needs to submit updated audit reports of previous 3 years.
9. The firm should have valid up-to date- trade license, income tax certificate, VAT registration, Bank Solvency Certificate, Incorporation Certificate.
10. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR -2008. However all the firms of JVCA must be Bangladeshi.

2. CV of Key professionals as mentioned above.
3. Turnover of consulting firm.
4. Other submitted document of the firm.
5. The technical capacity to execute the technical works involved in the events.
