INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
M & E Consultant will be considered as a member of the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and he will provide advises and services for proper implementation of activities related to the project. Major works of the M & E Consultant are as follows:
• The consultant will implement project activities under the supervision of the project director;
• He will perform activities related to design, implementation and monitoring;
• The M & E consultant will provide advises on different ideas, policies & working methods related to procurement of the project
• The consultant will remain included as a member of the project related Implementation and Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief (MoDMR);
• The consultant will monitor proper and timely implementation of project related plan and he will bring the deviations to the notice of the project director and provide advises what to do in those regard;
• The consultant will prepare quarterly reports;
The consultant will work as the Coordination with the Project PIU and purchasing organizations. The consultant will conduct diagnostic analysis related to delays, inefficiency, etc. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• At least a Master’s Degree in Project Management/Monitoring and Evaluation from any recognized University;
• Having at least 10 (ten) years working experience on project preparation, operations and management of projects; and
• Having at least 04 (four) years working experience on project implementation, monitoring and evaluation; |
