Expression of Interest (EOI) from Experienced Consulting Firm / Firms in Joint Venture / Association.
Main Assignment.
The deliverables of the feasibility study will include the following:
i. An Inception Report
ii. Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Report
iii. Environmental, Climatic & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Report
iv. Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Report
v. Morphology report of Padma River and effect of River Erosion of the selected site.
vi. A detail Master Plan with topographic survey, landscaping and Architectural Design for each component
vii. Geotechnical Evaluation Report
viii. Detailed Structural Design with green building concepts for each component
ix. Detail electromechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary design with specification.
x. Detail design of sewerage, storm water and solid waste disposal system.
xi. Detail Design of Fire safety and Protective Measures.
xii. Detail Design of Security Access Management System.
xiii. Cost Estimation and Bill of Quantities with detailed specification.
xiv. Detail Work Plan for the implementation of the Project.
xv. Financial and Economic Analysis to prepare the DPP of the project.
xvi. Preparation of the DPP of the project for the approval by competent authority. |
