| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The main assignment of this project is to develop a platform for children of various age groups in Bangladesh. This platform is educational and also filled with games and other fun activities for the children. This web portal is being developed on the Honorable Prime Minister’s values and the development Bangladesh has gone through in the last 12 years. This platform will help the young citizens of Bangladesh to learn about the Honorable Prime Minister and who is developing the country for the next generation and her generous contribution towards bringing positive change in the lives of Bangladeshis.
The portal will focus on the four themes; Environment, Health, Education, and Connectivity.

A company that submits tender shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance:
1. Minimum 7 years’ of General experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
2. Minimum 5 years multiple practical experience of Managed IT Services for Government Autonomous body or International Organization.
3. Must be the member of BASIS.
4. Must have the ISO 27001/9001 certification.
5. Needs to have full-time experienced human resource (20) in business to carry out this project.
6. Yearly average turnover of the firm shall be at least Tk. 05 (Five) Crores for the last 3 years audit report by the registered Audit firm.
7. Must have at least BDT. 05 (Five) crores as Liquid Asset /Bank Credit facilities to carry out the project.
8. Maximum Number of 03 (Three) Companies for developing such product can bid jointly but they must have legal agreement among them & letter of intention where one company needs to be a prime bidder in accordance of the PPR2008. All bidders must be local.
Additional Document: Interested firms must submit the copy of the additional following information and their supporting documents where applicable: • brochures/company profile and other documents describing similar assignments, experience • CVs of the availability of appropriate professionals along with their qualifications and experiences to carry' out the assignment • Last 3 years Audit Report • Certificate of incorporation (In case of Limited company) • Trade License • Income Tax Certificate with acknowledge receipt • TIN certificate • VAT Certificate • Work experiences certificates/Work order copies.

2. A scan copy of documents (PDF file in a USB/CD Drive) shall be submitted along with the original EOI.
3. Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR2008.
