Qualification Criteria:
a) General: i) BASIS registered company, ii) ISO certified company iii) Sound practical/working experience to develop web-based software
b) Experience: i) Minimum 8 years of experience in web application development. ii) Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing CAPI based training.
iii) Minimum 5 different projects of providing online training.
Scope of Services: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a) The firm will provide a prepared web Applications as per requirement of the client for e-Training.
b) The firm will assist Enumerator & Supervisor through online chatting tools or others way for the use of the web application in his/her device during e-training period.
c) The Firm will arrange online test using web-based application software to train up around 5 lakh data collectors & Supervisors for final data collection.
d) To develop e-training materials, ONE training video tutorial, online evaluation test form, along with all training related materials.
e) The Firm will organize an inception workshop.
f) During implementation of the Online Training Software for User Acceptance Test, there will be arranged at least one piloting.
g) The Firm will also arrange a Launching Program of Online Training Software.
h) The soft copy of the training manual have to be provided by the firm to the client in CD/DVD (160 Copy) for future documentation. |

Remuneration: A contract will be signed for 02 months with the selected candidate as per PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Remuneration will be paid in local currency (BDT).
Duration of the Contract: Tenure of employment will be initially for 02 (Two) months or till the end of June, 2024, which one ends earlier. The duration may be extended subject to the approval of the competent authority. |
