| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

? At least a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant area;
? At least five (5) years of experience in administration and/or training and capacity building in relevant areas;
? Extensive knowledge of socio-economic structure of Bangladesh, human development, poverty reduction programs and international refugee management issues;
? Skills in planning public outreach, conducting needs and impacts assessments, operational reviews/monitoring and evaluation, curricula development, planning and conducting participatory training;
? Extensive knowledge of social protection best practices globally;
? Experience with Development Partner funded programs;
? Excellent spoken and written Bengali and English skills. |

The duration of the contract will be approximately twelve (12) months for the position, starting from April 2022. However, the duration of the assignment may be increased or decreased based on the performance of the Training Specialist or the EMRCRP needs.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated July 2016, revised November 2017, setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
The consultant will be selected following the “Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants” method of the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, Dated July 2016, revised November 2017.
Emergency Multi-Sector Rohingya Crisis Response Project now invites eligible Applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested individual consultants are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
