| Brief Description of Assignment |

Main assignment of the firm will be to draff Final Evaluation of the Seventh Five Year Plan implementation of the Government of Bangladesh. Detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) will be available upon request from the project Office. |

The firm is expected to have expertise in plan or Program monitoring at the macro level, The expeience in reviewing sectors through development experience in both macro and sector level would be required. The Consulting Firm needs to deploy experts particularly in th following areas:
a. Overall Macro-Economy and Economic Growth
b. Poverty and Regional Disparity.
c. Infrastructure Development (Transport, Communication, Power, Energy and Mineral Resuouces)
d. Employment
e. Human Resource Development (Education, Health and Population)
f. Water, sanitation and Hygiene
g. Urbanization
h. Environment, Climate Adaptaion and Disaster and Management
i. Good Governance
j. Monitoring and Evaluatin
k. Gender Equality, Income Inequality and Social Protection
l. ICT Development
The Consultant team members must be nationally recognized in their field of expertise with Considerable international recognition.
