INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT
|
| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• Support PMU in preparing a communication strategic plan for the Project encompassing the skills development vision of the government.
• Prepare the design of the regional level and other relevant workshops planned under the project
• Assist the PMU in organizing and holding relevant workshops with professional inputs and services
• Prepare communication literature and materials for all relevant workshop participants

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
A. Qualification: A post Graduate degree from a recognized university is required. Candidates having academic background in Mass Communication/ Journalism / Media Studies / Sociology / Public Administration will be given preference.
B. Experience
• At least ten (10) years work experience as a communications / public relations / media / journalism professional;
• Experience in organizing workshop / training / seminar / fair / competition / media events / programs / discussions etc.;
• Knowledge of technical education and training systems in Bangladesh will be given preference;
• Experience in projects funded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank or similar development partners will be given preference.
