INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• Support the PD and project staff in all the technical matters related to the TVET/skills development policies and industry collaboration
• Develop the capacity and awareness of the project staff and stakeholders about industry collaboration and PPP in skills/TVET sector
• Establish and maintain linkages with BTEB, MoI, MoEWOE, MoHFWD for facilitating implementation of the project;
• Provide technical advice on behalf of PMU to institutions and Industrial Partner whenever it is required.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• At least B. Sc. in Engineering or a Master’s degree in a relevant field with demonstrated expertise in the relevant technical field and extensive experience at TVET policy development level. Ph. D in TVET from recognized university will get preference.
• At least 15 years of experience in the TVET sector in Bangladesh, particularly in the area of TVET policies, strategic and development plans, national qualifications framework, including competency standards, competency-based curriculum development, competency-based learning and assessment packages as well as institutional development;
• Of which at least 05 (Five) years’ experience under projects funded by multilateral organizations such as ADB/AIIB and particularly World Bank;
