| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. The Software Developing Firm will demonstrate experience of at least Seven (07) years in similar services like Developing, Testing, Integration of IT Automation Systems and other services as specified in ToR.
2. Name and background of the firm with general and similar experiences including firm`s brochure;
3. In case of intention of forming association in the form of JV or sub consultancy, the name of them with relevant experience in specific assignment;
4. List of relevant professional staff/expert with their qualification and experiences with the firm to demonstrate adequacy of the firm to carry out their assignment.
5. Summary on experience of the firm in similar service completed during last Seven (07) years, client name, contract value, duration and details of the task.
6. Submission of the copies of all legal documents that the firms hold to carry out his business including VAT/IT registration certificate, professional enrolment etc;
7. The Consultant will submit the financial statement of audit reports of last 3 (three) financial years (2018-19,2019-20,2020-21) to demonstrate the financial capacity.
8. A firm will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Act-2006 and Public Procurement Rules-2008;
9. Draft TOR partly is available in the website of the Ministry of Land www.minland.gov.bd and www.lmap.minland.gov.bd
10. Sealed envelope containing one (01) original and one (01) copy of Expression of Interest (EoI) along with the relevant supporting documents to be marked with “Expression of Interest (EoI) for Selection of Firm for Development and Maintenance of the E-Mutation System (2nd Generation)”.
