To help autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Children of Bangladesh to learn how to mentally integrate multiple features of an object through Mobile Games; which will create significant improvements in a child's overall development, specifically in the domains of language, attention, and visual skills over time. These, 5 (Five) special mobile games for ASD in Bangladesh will be called as “????? (Mugdho)” will help to achieve the goal.
Interested firms should develop following 05 (five) mobile games for the development of ASD children who are between age range of 3 to 6 years; they are:
a. The Language Game;
b. The Outline Game;
c. The Patching Game;
d. The Matching Game;
e. The Odd-one-out Game and a Parental control application

Company that submits tender shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance:

1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having up-to-date valid Trade License, DBID, TIN and VAT registration certificate and Tax payment/clearance certificate of the previous years.
2. Must have 05 (Five) years of similar working experience. The year will be counted backward from the date of publication of this notice.
3. Must have at least 03 (Three) working experience with Mobile App(s) or Computer game(s) within last 03 (three) years (relevant experience documents must be submitted with the EOI).
4. Good to have At least 01 (One) mobile app development and maintenance experience within last 02 (two) years with 4 (+) Ratings and 500K Downloads.
5. Needs to have 10 (Ten) full time experienced human resources to carry out this project (List and CV of the HR along with Mobile Number with must be submitted with EOI).
6. The bidder must submit Bank solvency certificate to carry out the project.
7. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for developing such product can bid jointly but they must have legal agreement among them & letter of intention where one company needs to be prime bidder. accordance of the PPR¬2008 All bidder must be local.
8. The firm will be allowed to take one firm as a "joint-venture". The firm must declare one firm in this association as the "Lead firm" & others are Associate.
