| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Full Time Supervision, Design Review & As-built Drawing Preparation etc for Improvement of Different Damaged Roads and Infrastructure of Zone-2, Zone-4 and Service Passage Development of Zone-2, Zone-5 under Dhaka North City Corporation project. The Scope of works shall include (but not limited to) the following components:
• Full Time supervision and monitoring of construction works for ensuring quality and progress.
• Proper documentation of field work such as site order book, keeping records etc.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly progress report and suggestions to reschedule (if necessary).
• Preparation/Review of design and drawing of works such as Road, drain, footpath, arch bridge etc. (Where necessary).
• Assist in preparing bid documents.
• Preparation of As-built drawing including gis based shape file with informative attribute table and Project Completion Report (PCR) along with all documents.
• Any other Project related services as directed by Superintending Engineer (Civil)/ Project Director, DNCC.

• Local consulting firm who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of General Experience in the related field. (Company registration under company act as a consulting firm before 10 years.)
• The consulting firm shall have experience as prime consultant for at least 01 (one) number similar type of consultancy service of value above 3 (Three) crore during the last 05 (Five) years in a single contract.
• General information including legal documents i.e. Company registration/Trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax Certificate, Audited Report etc.
• List of similar nature consulting services completed and in progress.
• Relevant experienced and professional qualified personnel & staffs.
• Availability of resources to carry out the assignment.
• Administrative strength, Logistics (office space, list of equipment, Transport etc.) and financial capability etc.

:(a) A consultant may associate with other local consultants to enhance their qualifications. In that case, the JVCA agreement or letter of intent shall be submitted along with the EOI proposal.
(b) Envelope containing EOI proposal along with relevant supporting documents to be sealed and marked with “Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing consultancy services for supervision, Design Review & As-built Drawing Preparation forImprovement of Different Damaged Roads and Infrastructure of Zone-2, Zone-4 and Service Passage Development of Zone-2, Zone-5 under Dhaka North City Corporation project”.
(c) No proposal after the EOI closing time shall be accepted. |
