i. Background of the firm(s) with general and overall experience including company brochure.
ii. Firm(s) names (indicate the form of association “joint venture” or “sub-consultancy”, in case of a joint venture indicate the name of the partner in charge, as applicable, address, copy of registration certificate with relevant professional bodies of the concerned government, supported by latest/updated renewal.
iii. Availability of appropriate skills among staff (list of relevant professional staff, their qualification and experiences).
iv. Summary of experiences of the firm(s) in similar (completed during last 10 years and currently in progress with total cost of such project cost of consultancy services, dates of start and completion.
v. Availability of resources and demonstration of capacity to carry out such assignment.
vi. Company Incorporation Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Audit Report/Turnover Report (for last 5 year) of the Company.
vii. History of litigation (if any) in courts or any arbitration proceedings.
N.B: All Experience and authenticated Certificate shall be issued by competent concerned authority.
