| Brief Description of Assignment |

Consultancy (Firm) for Management consulting, Business operations, IT advisory, International Institutional model preparation and Policy Development. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
i. The Consulting Firm should have a minimum of 10 (ten) years’ experience in the field of providing consultancy services, preferably in advisory services in business transaction/ Transaction Advisory Service Provider or related activities.
ii. The consulting Firm should have minimum one (1) specific experience each with minimum BDT 8.00 (BDT eight) crore or USD 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh) during last seven (7) years. The years will be counted from the date of publication of REOI. Completion certificate with amount is required.
iii. The Consulting firm may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. The Joint Venture/Intended to Form Joint Venture must be in Non-Judicial Stamp of Value BDT 300.00. Otherwise, the EOI will be treated as non-responsive.
