Health facilities under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has been outsourcing human resources such as drivers, cleaners, security guards, ward boy, etc. like other Government offices. There is a wide perception that the conventional way of human resource outsourcing is facing various challenges. Against this backdrop, Health Economics Unit has decided to conduct a study titled “Situation analysis of human resource outsourcing in the health sector of Bangladesh”. The objective of the study is to explore the current situation and challenges of outsourcing as well as potential way out for overcoming the challenges mentioned. |

To be selected, the organization must have the following:
• Familiarity with the health, nutrition, and population sector program
• Extensive expertise on healthcare related exercise
• Proven ability to manage and conduct large data set
• Expertise in use of STATA/SPSS statistical software for data analysis
• Proven expertise in quality report writing & policy recommendations in English
**Having experience in conducting study on human resource management will be considered as added value |
