INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
To develop skilled manpower for IT/ITES/BPO industry and creation of employment opportunities for both home and abroad. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The firm must provide that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake and take this assignment forward without any hindrance. Applicant must also have adequate technical ability resources and processes following are define edge minimum eligibility criteria.
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having 3 (three) years general experience with up-to-date valid trade license, TIN and VAT registration number and tax payment/ clearance of the previous year.
2. The firm must have similar training service providing experience at least one similar contract with each contract should be minimum Tk 20000000.00 (Two Crore) for Package-1 and Package-2, 18000000.00 (One Crore Eighty Lakh) for package-8 and 12000000.00 (One Crore Twenty Lakh) for others packages in last 05 (five) years.
3. Availability of appropriate skills/ experts among staff demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment in terms of resource. In house capability of logistics, skilled trainers and training equipment and respective lab will be given preference.
4. The firm must submit bank solvency certificate.
5. The firm must have the capability of providing working environment for all the trainees with facilities of multimedia projector, laptop, computer, graphics workstation, whiteboard, power backup, internet connectivity, air cooler etc.
6. The firm may form of joint venture as per PPR-2008.
7. The firm must have online platform to monitor the trainee and training activities including video documentary
8. The firm may submit the EOI for maximum 3 (three) lot of any packages but it will be awarded maximum two lots. If any firm violates these rules, all EOI of that firm shall be rejected directly.
