The main objective of this project is developing VR Zone along with fully interactive and functional VR contents for The Bangabhaban Museum, Which is capable to depict various places of Bangbhaban like – Thosakhana and other as per required places. |

Company that submits tender shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance:
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having valid & up-to-date trade license (2022-2023), TIN certificate, VAT identification number & updated income tax payment/clearance certificate (2021-2022).
2. Must have 05 (Five) years of general working experience. The year will be counted backward from the date of publication of this notice.
3. Must have at least 1 (One) completed working experience with government agency in similar kind of VR (Virtual Reality) development experience within last 4 (Four) years, worth of BDT 1(One) Crore in a single work. (Work Orders, Contract Agreement & Completion Certificate must be submitted as a proof of work).
4. Must have 10 govt. work experience in software design and development.
5. The bidder must have published at least one mobile app in Google Play Store with minimum 1,00,000+ Downloads.
6. The bidder must submit Recent Bank solvency certificate with liquid asset of at least 01 Crore to carry out the project.
7. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for developing such product can bid jointly but they must have legal agreement among them & letter of intention where one company needs to be prime bidder. accordance of the PPR¬2008 All bidder must be local.
8. The firm will be allowed to take one firm as a "joint-venture". The firm must declare one firm in this association as the "Lead firm" & another is Associate.
09. The firm must have practical experience of developing & manage at least one (01) large mobile applications development worth BDT 75 Lac in last 03 years with Government agency, (must provide Work Orders, Agreement or Completion Certificate).
