INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Project will provide training to 3250 women to make ‘Women E-Commerce Professional’. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
This is a high-priority national project with utmost importance towards the digital Bangladesh goal, so the Firm must prove that they have a solid technical background and operational strength to take this training service forward without any hindrance. Firm’s must also have adequate technical abilities, resources and processes. The following guidelines are defined as minimum eligibility criteria: (Documents must be submitted in the following order)
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having minimum 05 (five) years of General Experience as a training provider.
2. The Firm must have (02) two similar national training services providing experience within last 05(five) years. Among those two training services, at least 01 (one) of the training service should be completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private agencies.
3. Average Annual Turnover: Audit report of the previous 3 (three) years within last five (05) years (2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022) with average annual turnover of the firm shall be at least BDT 1.0 (One Crore). The audit should be conducted by a registered chartered audit firm.
4. The firm should be financially solvent.
5. Proposed Training Plan, Methods and Steps are not required.
6. The Firm must have the capacity of providing a training environment for the trainees with facilities of multimedia projector, laptop/desktop computer, whiteboard, power backup, internet connectivity, air cooler etc. in each training lab (Evidential documents should be provided with the EOI).
7. Joint Venture: The firm may form a ‘Joint-Venture’ (JV) as per Public Procurement Act 2006 and Public Procurement Rules 2008, Rule 54.
8. Documents demonstrating the management and operational capacity of the firm / joint venture (Brochures, Company Profile and other documents describing company expertise, strength, experience, core functions, products and services, similar assignments or project experience, availability of technical/support staff and experience among applicant’s staff/resources to carry out this assignment.
9. Human Resources: The Firm/JV should submit a list of Key Experts as mentioned in the TOR. No CV is required in EOI stage.
10. Required legal documents: UpToDate Trade License, VAT and TIN registration certificate, UpToDate Tax return and Litigation certificate should be submitted by firm/JV.
