The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity and certificate of incorporation (if applicable).
• Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number and Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
• Minimum 02 years of experience for design, development and implementation of AI-based application development in the government of Bangladesh/ any development partner/ International organization/ private sector (Please provide work completion certificate along with a copy of the contract)
• Experience in developing at least 01 successful AI related assignments of service assistance, Data Management, Data Analysis and providing support (Please provide a work completion certificate along with a copy of the contract
• Must have a minimum average annual turnover of BDT 2.8 crore in the last 02 years. Please submit the last 02 years audited financial statement.
• Must have a minimum liquid asset of BDT 1.8 crore in last 02 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit necessary documents.
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for providing such services can apply jointly but they must have a legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. The joint venture company jointly needs to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR. Joint-venture agreement needs to heave clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 24(Twenty-Four) months.
