| Brief Description of Assignment |

The services include:
The services includes: (a) Carrying out Manual Classified Traffic Count Survey (over a continuous 48 hr time period) in selected 1893 traffic stations of RHD Road Network of Dhaka, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Cumilla, Chattogram,Rajshshi,Rangpur ,Khulna,Barishal and Gopalganj Zone as per the RHD’s Classified Traffic Count Survey Manual 2001; (b) Submitting GPS location integrated video record file of the continuous 48 hr survey at each traffic station along with the hard and soft copy of the data sheet in prescribed format(s) as per the Classified Traffic Count Survey Manual; and (c) Updating the RHD RMMS Database accordingly. The service shall be completed within 12 (Twelve) months from the date of commence.

The experience, resources and delivery capacity required: Submitted EoIs will be evaluated based on the following:
1. Brochures & registration of the firm(s) summarizing facilities and areas of expertise;
2. Legal establishment of the firm(s) (TIN, VAT Registration, Trade License etc)
3. General and overall experience of the firm(s) (limited to five pages);
4. Descriptions of similar assignments performed by the firm (s) (limited to three pages);
5. Experience of the firm(s) in similar works during the last 10 years including cost and duration; (Limited to Five pages);
6. Average annual turnover of the firm(s) during the last 5 (Five) years; and
7. Summary of permanent professional employees with key qualifications. (including academic qualification and experience adequacy to perform the assignment)
8. Managerial strength and financial capacity of the firm (s).
