INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Project will provide training to 27,000 students on " Python Programming ". please see package and Lot no. at Newspaper and websites of Doict and ICT Division.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Applicants must also have adequate technical ability, resources and processes. As such, the following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria: (Documents must be submitted in the following order)
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having 5(five) years of General Experience (Years counting from 20/02/2023) with up-to-date a valid Trade License, TIN, VAT registration number and Tax payment/clearance of the previous year.
2. Must be registered with RJSC (Applicable for Joint Stock Company & Firms only).
3. The Firm must have (02) two similar national training services providing experience within the last 5(five) years (within 19/02/2018 to 20/02/2023). Among the two training services, at least 01 (one) training service should be completed in Government agencies and one contract value should be at least 2.5 (Two Point Five) Crore.
4. Audit report of the previous 3 (Three) years (2019, 2020 & 2021). The Yearly average turnover of the firm shall be at least BDT 03(Three) crore. Audit report will be verified from the appropriate authority.
5. The minimum amount of Liquid assets/working capital/credit line/Bank Solvency certificate of the firm shall be Tk. 4(Four) Crore (Certificate or proof on an available liquid asset /working capital/credit line/Bank Solvency certificate, must be issued 03 (Three) months from the date of EOI submission by the concerned authority).
6. Proposed Training Plan, Methods and Steps are expected.
7. The Firm must have the capacity of providing a training environment for the trainees with facilities of multimedia projector, laptop/desktop computer, whiteboard, power backup, internet connectivity, air cooler etc.
8. The firm having experience of conducting similar training in all divisions of Bangladesh will get preference.
9. The firm may form a ‘Joint-Venture’ (JV) as per Public Procurement Act 2006 and Public Procurement Rules 2008. All members of such JV will be jointly liable for pre-determined real and well-defined inputs to the assignment. The maximum no. of members in the association is not more than 03 (Three).
10. Documents demonstrating the management and operational capacity of the firm / joint venture (Brochures, Company Profile and other documents describing company expertise, strength, experience, core functions, products and services, similar assignments or project experience, availability of relevant professional staff and experience among applicant’s staff/resources to carry out this assignment.
