| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

JARSMP-IDRA-PMO- SD-07:(Environment and Social Safeguard Specialist ): - Minimum Masters degree in Social Science/ Economics/ Anthropology or related fields.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience with World Bank/Asian Development Bank/Donor Agency projects is preferred. - Other mentioned in the ToR
JARSMP-IDRA-PMO- SD-08: (Disaster Risk Finance Specialist) : - Masters degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Public Financial Management, Public Policy or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience working with or advising a central government agency. Demonstrable knowledge of public financial management, fund management, insurance, disaster risk reduction, disaster risk management and / or disaster response. Experience working in Government and/or in the private sector on disaster risk financing strategies or the design and implementation of disaster risk finance instruments.
