| Brief Description of Assignment |

SD-16 Project Advisor: Overall supervision of the project which ensures the project is in the right track to accomplish its objectives, provide regular policy guidance to the project attaining its target.
SD-13 National Project Manager: Ensure the project produces the results specified in the project document, to the required standard quality and within the specified constraints of the time and cost.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

SD-16 Project Advisor: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or Social Sciences. At least Fifteen (15) years of working experience at senior level of Government of Bangladesh.
SD-13 National Project Manager: Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or Social Sciences. At least Fifteen (15) years of working experience in field of development project management, operation and implementation at national or international level, Experience on LDC graduation related issues at the national and global level, Five (05) years' experience in managing foreign funded project.
