| Brief Description of Assignment |

Consultancy service are to support HELP (DPHE) Project for upgrading the capacity of the targeted beneficiaries, local government institutions and other concerned stakeholders those involved in ‘WASH issues’ in the project area. For facilitating so, the Firm will use required ‘IEC and BCC Materials’ and relevant capacity building training tools and technique to obtain the ‘Project Development Objectives (PDOs)’. Ensure a desire/positive behavioral change of the community. |

Eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) means any not-for-profit organization/institution/agency, such as, International/National Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSO), not for profit private entities, State-owned enterprises (SOEs) or institutions of the Bangladesh body, and/or Joint Venture (JV) of any of the above-mentioned entities. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The shortlisting criteria are:
a) General Experience of the Firm in providing similar services (core business and years in business);
b) Experience in similar assignments of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required areas;
c) Experience in development partners funded similar Projects.
